Here I am with Canada's best copywriter and
marketing maverick Troy White, the host
of the Wild West Wealth & Marketing Summit held in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

As much as I love learning, I love traveling!

If I can find a great conference to attend--I will! This past year was no exception in 2008.
I was fortunate enough to attend a few big conferences where I met some of my mentors, teachers, and a few, new business gal-pals.

I also discovered that cowboy hats are apparently a trait of copywriters.  ;-) yeehaw!
It was a pleasure to meet Les Hewitt,
a contributing author of The Power of Focus, co-written with Jack Canfield and  Mark Victor Hanson. I loved Les' Scottish accent!
This fabulous redhead is Lorrie Morgan Ferrero ---my copywriting mentor and teacher! She's known for her red hot copy and as one of the top copy-writers in the US! I was so excited to meet her in person.  I also studied under her guidance in her last-ever Red Hot Copywriting Bootcamp in 2008. Lucky me!
Last July, I attended David Neagle's
Experience the Reality of Success event in  Las Vegas, Nevada. This was an amazing event filled with equally amazing people too! While there were less than 300 of us total,  people came from all over the globe to be at this event. David Neagle is beyond words to describe other than he is the Master of Mindset and one heck of an interesting man!
My fellow ERS table mates. We represented Canada, United States, England & Sweden--just at our table alone! Hey guys, can I have a $1,000?
I truly have a completely new experience of what it means to walk the
Vegas strip thanks to these folks!
I love my cowboy hats! (And, cowboys too!  What can I say, I grew up in Arizona.)
If you catch me wearing my hat, you can guarantee I am busy thinking about the next project I am going to be writing! (Or, just having a bit of fun, too.)

Here I am with David Neagle and Lorrie Morgan Ferrero. We were all attending Alexandria Brown's Online Success Blueprint Workshop
in Los Angeles during November. This was my second time meeting David and my third event in 2008 seeing Lorrie! (I told you, cowboy hats and copywriters ~ its happening again.)
These two lovely ladies are the amazing Ali Brown (left) and Christine Kloser  the author of The Freedom Formula and owner of  Love Your Life publishing house (right). These two millionaire dynamites are my mentors!  I love these two women. They are so inspiring and are transforming the world of entrepreneurship for women around the globe. (And, yes,  I am ready to JUMP with you
too Ali!)
Even millionaires need mentors! And this is Ali Brown's wonderful mentor, Anne McKevitt--a self-made  billionaire! Now, don't you know Leah and I were hanging on every word this remarkable woman had to say that day.
PASSPORT
This is the fabulous L.A. photographer Lesley Bohm. We met in Vegas at ERS and saw each other, again, in L.A. This woman is so beautiful, she should be in front of the camera as much as she is behind it! P.S. She is also from Canada - eh!
I'm heading into another information-filled day with over 350 other women entrepreneurs at Ali's OSBW. Yes, there were a handful of men, but, I don't suspect they were complaining. Seriously, would they risk it anyway? God help us if we all had a bad hair day!
I am with my gal-pal Leah Grant, Master Coach & business and marketing strategist from San Diego. We met at ERS in Las Vegas and we're catching up here in L.A. at lunch. And baby, the stories about Vegas we could share! But, you know what they say, "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!"
Here I am with Melanie Benson-Strick, the Million Dollar Lifestyle Business Coach. I met her back in Calgary at the Wild West Wealth & Marketing Summit, I saw her again at ERS in  Las Vegas, and was thrilled to see her, once more,
at Ali's OSBW. To my absolute surprise, I was delighted to discover she and Leah are dear friends. Small world!
Just as I was leaving to the airport--after the end of my powerful OSBW experience,
I literally bumped into this wonderful woman. With her distinctive accent, Andrea Blackwood-Harriott from Jamaica, made the trip to L.A. for the event. She, too, is a fellow business and marketing strategist.
Now, you would think that after all this traveling I would just stay put at home for the holidays, but, not this year! To top off a great year in business,
I went to Mexico with my family. Isn't that what it's all for anyway?
Here is to another good year!

You can bet 2009 will rock!

Cheers!
